The ACT NPM has made a submission to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee’s inquiry into Australia's youth justice and incarceration system.
This brief submission supplements the submissions previously made by members of the ACT and Australian NPM previously made submissions to the committee's inquiry in the 47th Parliament.
The submission brings to the Committee’s attention several matters which have arisen in the ACT since those submissions were made.
